Users must be 18+ (or have parental consent). Accounts require accurate information and confidential passwords. The club may refuse or terminate accounts for misuse or nonpayment.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership terms, session credits, and pricing are shown at purchase. Some plans auto-renew until canceled. Cancellations must occur before renewal dates to avoid charges.

Facility Use & Safety

Users acknowledge inherent risks of physical activity including potential injury and must follow staff instructions. Medical clearance is required, and minors need parental supervision.

Video & Performance Data

We may record video and collect motion capture and performance metrics during sessions. Recordings are stored for coaching purposes and won't be publicly disclosed without consent.

Product Orders & Shipping

Pricing and shipping details appear at checkout. Title transfers at shipment, with estimated delivery dates provided.

Returns & Cancellations

Return windows and restocking fees are described at purchase. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees based on the selected plan.

Intellectual Property

The site, content, and materials are owned by the club or licensors. Users receive limited, non-transferable personal-use licenses.

Liability Limitations

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability caps at amounts paid in the preceding six months.

Governing Law

Florida law applies; exclusive venue is Orange County, Florida.
